I ordered two sets of hunter douglas motorized blinds through home depot. Were now on the 3rd appoitment and once again they tell me the order didnt ship.

Ill be upto 3 afternoons I've taken off work to be here for the installation. My advice, don't rely on them.

Home Depot does not carry Hunter Douglas. They carry a brand called Home by Hunter, or something like that.

Whom ever makes Home Depot's shades buys some of the parts and material from a company Hunter Douglas owns, but does not manufacture anything for Home Depot.

Home Depot's shades are all a generic version. Rail colors are not color coordinated, quality is not the same etc.
