So many times the little plastic knobs on the metal chain used to roll up the blind have fallen off and very difficult to find on the floor. Asked for metal knobs which I received and they seem to work better.

This time the bracket on my blind, the part that houses the roll up chain, broke. A small part just snapped off. Now I have to pay $150 for a service person to reinstall a new part. I recommend that people search other blind companies who offer blinds with good quality parts that won't break off.

Now I am afraid to roll up my blinds and I am very careful when I do that.

I do not abuse my blinds in any way. I will never ever buy this product again!

All blinds companies cords can rip, find a dealer that actually knows how to do repairs, I do all repairs on site for my customers all parts provided for free by HD. no cost to anyone involved, its all about who you chose to deal with, lots of sales people dont know the slightest thing about a blinds they can just pick you a nice shade of white!
