The blinds warp causing creases when they hang. HD has replaced them twice (even though I suggested that we try a different type of blind) and it keeps happening.

They’ve now said it is “our environment” and not their issue. Our climate controlled condo in Florida has withstood hurricanes with no damage. There are no leaks from windows.

The only environmental issue is that the blinds cover a window that faces east. Are you not supposed to hang your blinds in front of a window?Dead

As a dealer for over 20 years I kicked Hunter Douglas out of our store and threw the samples over a cliff LOL, I can say they warp because the *** wood comes from China. Hunter Douglas products were crap, crap, crap.

Sell 10 fix 5 is the standing joke among dealer. HD will say and do anything to not do warranty work. Worst investment for your home ever!!! Use Graber Blinds instead, much better product, wood comes from the US so your blinds won't warp.

Kiss my *** Hunter Douglas.They cheat the dealers and cheat the customers.

Terrible company to do business with. Stay away.
