Hunter Douglas - Customer Care Review from Atlanta, Georgia
Blinds are beautiful. Customer service at the store level sucks (can't get anyone to answer my calls) and Hunter Douglas corporate shifts the blame back to the store.
I paid a good sum thinking this was a solid company. At the end of the day, I Could have done better with a budget company

I stopped using Hunter Douglas as soon as they removed the self-service option. I have no desire to work with some snooty over-priced service provider just to order blinds.
There are too many competing products that still allow a self service option at a similar or better price point. HD will hopefully come to their senses as their customers shift to other products.
