Hunter Douglas - Amazing Shades
I have my honeycomb shades for 15 years. When the parts began to wear I requested new parts and they were sent within 2 weeks. They stand by their product and charge 0 for replacement parts. No other company does that except maybe Hammacher Shlemmer (that I know of)....
